Huge congratulations to Bulldog Gym member Amanda Shirley on her incredible performance at the 2024 USAW North American Open Series 2 in Fort Worth, TX! Competing just 6 months into her weightlifting journey, Amanda nailed a top-10 finish in the 81B Masters division. She went 6/6 (overhead) and continues to inspire us with her dedication and passion for fitness.
Meet Larry Cobbs, a Bulldog Gym member who inspires us all with his dedication to fitness and longevity! From walking 8 miles home after practice to becoming the first in his family to graduate college, Larry’s story is a testament to resilience and hard work. His advice? ‘Stick with your fitness dreams, even through the ups and downs!
