Rise & Grind is still rolling
Friday Silver Sneakers is staying put
Everything else? Right where it belongs.

That means your favorite classes—from Morning Yoga to Zumba, Bulldog Pump, Ride & Sculpt, and everything in between—are holding their spot on the calendar. We’re keeping the momentum going through summer without skipping a beat.
