July Group Fitness Schedule Updates: Stay Strong This Summer

We’re making a few updates to our July Group Fitness Schedule as we continue helping our members stay active, focused, and consistent through the summer months.

Starting in July, the 5:45AM Morning Mayhem classes on Monday and Wednesday will be removed from the schedule. The Monday 5:30PM Group Cycle class will also be removed, and the Monday evening Zumba class will now become Zumba + Lift at 5:30PM, adding a strength-focused element to the workout.

We’re also excited to introduce a new Silver Sneakers EnerChi class on Fridays at 11:00AM, beginning Friday, July 10th. This class is a great addition for members looking to improve balance, mobility, strength, and overall wellness in a low-impact format.
