Bulldog Gym Strength Clubs

Strength earned. Milestones remembered.

A permanent recognition program celebrating members who build real strength through preparation, consistency, and lifts verified to a clear standard.

3foundational lifts—back squat, bench press, and deadlift—combined into one official total.

More than a number

A clear standard—and a goal worth training for.

Strength Club membership is earned through one staff-verified session. It is not a competition or leaderboard. You are testing yourself against a defined threshold, and once you earn a level, it is yours permanently.

1

Choose your club

Select and declare the threshold you are pursuing before your first back-squat warm-up set.

2

Complete the lifts

Perform the back squat, bench press, and deadlift—in that order—under the official standards.

3

Earn recognition

Reach your declared combined total and join the club permanently, with in-gym recognition of the achievement.

How the attempt works

Three lifts. One official session.

Your strongest successful attempt from each lift is combined to create your total.

FirstBack Squat
SecondBench Press
ThirdDeadlift
Squat warm-ups are off the clock.

The official one-hour window begins with your opening back-squat attempt. Once the clock starts, all three lifts must be completed and verified within the hour. You may not return to a lift after moving to the next one.

There are no rankings within a level. Each club represents a meaningful strength milestone. Your declared level matters: exceeding it does not move you into a higher club, and falling short does not automatically qualify you for a lower one.

Before you schedule

  • Review the complete movement and safety standards.
  • Select the specific club level you plan to attempt.
  • Train for the required squat → bench → deadlift order.
  • Be prepared to use required safety bars or arms.
  • Plan your attempt during Bulldog Gym staffed hours.

The rulebook is the final authority.

This overview helps you understand the program. Exact movement standards, safety requirements, equipment rules, staff authority, and attempt procedures are maintained in the official rulebook.
