June is here—and while the Georgia heat turns up, so do we.
Our group fitness schedule is staying the same as May, but we’re adding two fresh options this month to help you mix it up, stay consistent, and chase your goals alongside your Bulldog community.
What’s New in June?
Silver Sneakers Classic – Now Three Days a Week!
We’ve heard your requests and we’re excited to now offer Silver Sneakers Classic every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM.
These classes are designed to improve strength, range of motion, and everyday functionality in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re brand new or a regular, this class keeps you moving, lifting, and smiling.
New Early A.M. Circuit Class: Rise and Grind
If your mornings need a little more kick, we’ve got just the thing. Introducing “Rise and Grind”—a new 5:45 AM – 6:45 AM circuit-style class that blends functional movements (think: burpees, wall balls, kettlebells) with heart-pumping cardio.
This class meets on Monday and Wednesday mornings—perfect for those looking to start the week strong and keep the momentum rolling midweek. It’s informal, fast-moving, and fun. There will be an instructor on-hand to provide scaling options and give tips on form—ideal for anyone who wants a structured sweat without the rigid format.

Group fitness classes aren’t just about the workout—they’re about accountability, community, and results. Whether you’re someone who needs a push, enjoys a bit of healthy competition, or just doesn’t want to think about what workout to do, classes can:
