First things first, all your favorite classes are back on the schedule. Whether you’re into yoga, Zumba, lifting weights, or spinning, we’ve got you covered. Our awesome instructors are here to help you reach your fitness goals.
Introducing Bulldog Pump Express
Now, for the big news. We heard you loud and clear, and we’re starting Wednesdays with a bang. Starting this October, our Wednesday morning Bulldog Pump class will be a quick 30-minute session right after Wednesday morning yoga.
Why the change? Well, we get that you’re busy, and we want to help you make the most of your time. With Bulldog Pump Express, you’ll still get a great workout, led by Suzy, but it’ll be a shorter, more intense session, so you can kickstart your day and conquer your to-do list.

Ready to rock Bulldog Pump Express? Here are some tips to make it count:
Arrive Early: Get there a bit early to set up and get ready to go.
Stay Hydrated: Drink water before, during, and after the class to stay fueled up.
