This month, we’re thrilled to reintroduce evening yoga classes after a two-month break, along with a variety of other options to keep you active and motivated.
Welcome Back, Evening Yoga!
We know many of you have been eagerly awaiting the return of our evening yoga sessions. We’re excited to announce that starting this August, Jessica will be leading both the Tuesday and Thursday evening yoga classes. These sessions are perfect for winding down after a busy day, focusing on flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness. Jessica brings a wealth of experience and a calming presence to each class, making it suitable for all levels—from beginners to seasoned yogis.
Establishing a New Routine
With the return of school, August is a great time to set new routines, including a regular fitness schedule. Our group classes are designed to fit into your day, offering a variety of times and styles to choose from. Whether you’re looking to start your day with an energizing session or unwind in the evening, there’s a class for you.
Highlights from the August Schedule
Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect this month:
Morning Energizers: Start your day with the “Ride and Sculpt” classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 AM or “Morning Yoga” on Wednesday at 8:00 AM. These classes are perfect for boosting your energy and setting a positive tone for the day.
Mid-Morning Options: For those who prefer a later start, we offer “Silver Sneakers Yoga” and “Bulldog Pump” at 9:00 AM on various days, as well as “Silver Sneakers Classic” at 10:00 AM on Monday and Wednesday.
Evening Choices: End your day with a burst of energy in our “Total Body Fitness” or “Zumba” classes at 5:30 PM, or find your zen in the returning “Evening Yoga” classes at 6:30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday.
