We’re excited to keep the energy high with our July group fitness classes! Our lineup remains unchanged, ensuring you can continue enjoying your favorite workouts all month long. However, please note that there will be no classes the week of July 4th (July 1st – July 4th) due to instructor availability during the holiday week.
While our fantastic instructors enjoy a well-deserved break, it’s the perfect time for you to explore our Fitness on Demand kiosks. These kiosks offer hundreds of classes across various fitness disciplines, so you won’t miss a beat. Whether you’re into yoga, strength training, or cardio, there’s something for everyone.
