While most of our schedule remains the same, we have a couple of important updates to share:
1οΈβ£ Saturday morning Zumba and Zumba Toning classes will be taking a summer hiatus. Don’t worry, though! These fun-filled dance workouts will be back in full swing starting in September, ready to make your weekends even more enjoyable. ππΊ
2οΈβ£ Bulldog Pump, our popular strength training class, is making a slight time adjustment. Starting in June, Bulldog Pump will revert back to its original time slot at 9:00am on Wednesday mornings. Get ready to sculpt and tone those muscles with the high-energy workout you love! πͺπ₯
