Thursday Total Body Fitness Class with Jessica Kelly: We are thrilled to announce that the highly requested Total Body Fitness class is making its grand return every Thursday evening! Led by the incredible Jessica Kelly, this class is designed to target all major muscle groups, delivering a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Join us on Thursdays at 5:30 PM and experience the power of a well-rounded fitness routine.

Clay’s Tuesday Spin Class Time Update: Attention early risers! We have a schedule update for you. Starting this August, Clay’s Tuesday Spin class will revert back to its regular time of 5:00 AM. Get ready to rev up your mornings with Clay’s high-intensity Spin class! It’s the perfect way to build endurance, torch calories, and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.
