September Group Fitness Update

 

September is here—a fresh month, a fresh season, and for many of us a chance to get back into a steady routine. School’s back in session, summer travel is winding down, and it’s the perfect time to reset your schedule and carve out space for fitness.

Group fitness classes make that easier. They give you a set time, an encouraging instructor, and a community of people sweating right alongside you. If you’ve been meaning to get consistent, September is a great time to jump back in.

What’s New This Month

We’re excited to announce a new Saturday Zumba class at 9:30am. Zumba brings high-energy music, fun choreography, and a “you’ll forget you’re working out” kind of vibe. It’s one of the best ways to start a weekend.

For September, the class will meet on:

  • Saturday, September 13

  • Saturday, September 20

Please note: there will be no class on September 27 because Bulldog Gym is hosting a community blood drive. Beginning in October, Zumba will run every Saturday at 9:30am unless otherwise announced.

All other group fitness classes remain the same, so your favorites are right where you expect them.

Make September Your Reset Month

If your routine slipped over the summer, don’t beat yourself up. September is about starting fresh. Pick a couple of classes you enjoy, block them off in your calendar, and treat them like any other important appointment. The consistency will pay off in energy, strength, and stress relief.
