Zumba Toning takes the excitement of traditional Zumba and adds resistance training with lightweight toning sticks. This helps to target specific muscle groups, build strength, and enhance your overall workout. Zumba Toning is a great way to get a full-body workout while having fun and dancing to great music.
Michelle Bishop, our Zumba and Zumba Toning instructor, is a passionate and highly experienced teacher who believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her students. As she says, “We don’t have mess-ups, we all have our own solos.” Michelle’s classes are designed to challenge you both mentally and physically while making sure you have a great time.

- Saturday Zumba Toning at 9:30AM followed immediately by Zumba at 10:15AM
