Get Ready to Sweat: Maximize Your Workouts this February with New Classes!

February is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to make a plan for your workouts! To help you make the most of your fitness journey, we’ve added a few new classes to our lineup. Whether you’re looking to tone up or burn off some extra energy, we have the perfect class to help you reach your goals.

This month, we’re introducing Zumba Toning on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00-5:30 pm. This class is designed to help you target specific muscles and burn fat with a combination of cardio and strength training. Instructor, Michelle, will also provide tips and tricks to help you get the most out of each move.

We’re also adding a spin class with our instructor, Clay. Every Tuesday at 5:00 am, Clay will lead you through a challenging ride that will help you work on your endurance, strength, and coordination. 

Take your fitness routine to the next level this February with our new classes. With Zumba Toning and Spin with Clay, you’re sure to get the most out of your workouts and reach your goals in no time.

Finally, we are also moving the Wednesday morning Body Pump class from 9:00AM to 7:00AM.
