Bulldog Gym Personal Training Options 💪

Bulldog Gym is excited to announce that we now offer two new personal training options to complement our existing in-person program. We are now offering 100% virtual personal training and a hybrid in-person/virtual personal training program, in addition to our existing one-on-one in-person program.

Option #1: 100% Virtual Personal Training

Our virtual personal training option is perfect for those who need complete schedule and location flexibility with their workout routines. Our certified personal trainers, you can design a personalized workout plan that meets your fitness goals. You’ll receive real-time coaching and feedback via in-app messaging and/or video calls, ensuring that you maintain proper form and technique during your workouts. Plus, with the flexibility of virtual training, you can work out on your schedule and avoid the challenges of coordinating with your trainer’s schedule.

Option #2: Hybrid In-Person/Virtual Personal Training

Our hybrid in-person/virtual program is perfect for those who want the best of both worlds. With this option, you’ll work with a personal trainer in person for some of your sessions and remotely for others. This allows you to benefit from the accountability and motivation of in-person training while still enjoying the flexibility and convenience of virtual training. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to receive hands-on instruction and correction during your in-person sessions, helping you to master proper form and technique.

Traditional In-Person Personal Training

Our one-on-one in-person program remains the ultimate personalized training experience. With this option, you’ll work with a certified personal trainer in person for every session. Your trainer will design a customized workout plan tailored to your fitness goals and needs, and will be with you every step of the way to ensure you’re making progress and achieving your desired results.

Regardless of the program that you choose, you can rest assured that your trainer will be carefully screened by Bulldog Gym and will hold ANSI-accredited certifications and/or specializations from such organizations as the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM),International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), etc.
