Stay Fit and Have Fun with Our May Group Fitness Schedule!

We’re excited to announce our new May group fitness schedule, featuring a variety of classes to help you stay fit and have fun. We’re happy to let you know that our May group fitness schedule will be the same as our April schedule, so you can continue to enjoy your favorite classes with your favorite instructors.

Here are the classes that will be included in our May schedule:

  • Group Cycle with Clay: Join Clay for an intense cardio workout that will get your heart pumping and your legs burning.

  • Group Cycle with Stephanie: Stephanie’s class is a fun and challenging way to get your sweat on and burn calories.

  • Yoga with Suzanne: Relax and unwind with Suzanne’s yoga class, which will help you improve your flexibility, balance, and strength.

  • Yoga with Jessica: Jessica’s class is perfect for yogis of all levels, offering a balanced mix of poses to help you feel centered and calm.

  • Silver Sneakers classes: Our Silver Sneakers classes are designed for older adults and meet Monday through Thursday at 10:00am. Join us for a fun and low-impact workout that will help you stay active and healthy.

  • Total Body Fitness with Suzy: Suzy’s class is a total body workout that combines cardio and strength training for a high-energy and challenging workout.

  • Zumba with Michelle: Get your groove on with Michelle’s Zumba class, which is a fun and upbeat way to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Join us on Monday, Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning.

All of our group fitness classes are taught by certified instructors who are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Our classes are open to all fitness levels, so whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned pro, we have a class that will meet your needs.
