Introducing Bulldog Gym Strength Clubs

Bulldog Strength Clubs Are Here

At Bulldog Gym, we believe strength should be earned, measured honestly, and celebrated the right way. That belief is what led us to formalize something many of our members already value: clear strength standards and meaningful recognition.

We’re excited to officially introduce the Bulldog Strength Clubs.

The Bulldog Strength Clubs are a permanent recognition program built around three foundational lifts:

  • Back Squat
  • Bench Press
  • Deadlift

Members earn entry into a Bulldog Strength Club level by achieving a combined total under staff verification and clearly defined standards. This is not a competition. There are no rankings or leaderboards—just a clear benchmark and the work it takes to meet it.

Once earned, a Bulldog Strength Club level is permanent and recognized in-gym. Members also gain access to achievement-specific Bulldog Gym apparel and patches that represent the milestone.
