1. Goodbye, Early Morning Spin Class

We understand that schedules can change, and as a result, we’re bidding farewell to our 5:00 AM Tuesday morning spin class. We know many of you have enjoyed starting your day with an intense spin session, and we’re grateful for your dedication. Rest assured, there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy spin classes at different times throughout the week.

2. Welcome Back, Zumba Toning and Zumba Dance!

We’re excited to announce the return of the Saturday morning Zumba Toning class at 9:30 AM. This class is the perfect blend of body-sculpting exercises and dance, giving you a full-body workout with a Latin-inspired twist. But that’s not all – immediately following Zumba Toning, we’re bringing back the ever-popular traditional Zumba dance class at 10:15 AM. Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast as you dance your way to fitness.

Spin Class Offerings

While the 5:00 AM Tuesday morning spin class may be gone, our commitment to spin enthusiasts remains unwavering. We’re pleased to continue offering our high-energy spin classes at other times that might better fit your schedule. Join us for an invigorating ride during our Monday evening spin at 5:30 PM. And if you’re an early riser, our Ride and Sculpt class awaits you at 7:30 AM on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Get ready to pedal, sweat, and feel the burn!
