6-Week Fitness Program – Terms & Conditions
Program Access:
Participants receive access to a private Facebook group after paying the $65 program fee. Access is for the registered participant only.
Program Duration:
Workouts, challenges, and program content will be delivered through the Facebook group over a 6-week period.
Access Removal:
Access to the Facebook group will be removed at the end of the 6-week program. Sharing or distributing program content is not permitted.
Non-Refundable Fee:
The $65 program fee is non-refundable, even if a participant does not complete the program or use the Facebook group.
Personal Use Only:
All content is for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced outside the group.
Health & Safety:
Participants acknowledge they are responsible for exercising within their abilities and should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program. Bulldog Gym is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from participation.
Conduct:
Participants must follow group rules. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
Technology Requirements:
Participants are responsible for maintaining access to their own Facebook account.
Agreement:
By submitting payment and joining the Facebook group, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
