Challenge Details

The focus for our December challenge is mobility.  Often neglected, mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles. It can also assist in improving our posture. Mobility training can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness.   Given this, during the month of December, our challenge is to engage in at least 10 minutes of mobility training each day.

For this challenge you’ll need the following:

  1. Challenge Runner app (available for iPhone on the App Store and Google Play for Droid devices).  You’ll post your results in this app daily to earn points.  If you fall behind in posting you can always enter previous days later (up to a max of 3 days).

Challenge Timeline

The challenge will run from December 1st through December 31st.

If you’d like to participate please signup below or at the front desk by November 30th.

How to earn points!

  • Engage in at least 10 minutes of mobility training. This can include self-directed stretching, foam rolling, massage, yoga, etc. = 1 Point per Day
  • Participate in a Bulldog Gym mobility offering (ROMWOD or yoga)  = 10 Points per Day
  • You may log your results in ChallengeRunner until Friday January 3rd at 5 pm

** If you forget to log a day on ChallengeRunner, you may go back and log multiple days (up to 3 days max)


The winner will win a $25 gym credit that can be used for Proshop items or applied toward your monthly membership payment.  However, it can’t be redeemed for cash.
