FitCamp Winter 2026

What

This FitCamp will consist of one-hour sessions comprised of mobility, strength/skill work, and conditioning.

Schedule

This session is a 9-week, 18-class program that will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM beginning on January 26th.

All sessions will last approximately 1-hour.

The 10-week program will allow for holiday weeks based on mutual consensus among participants.

Individual class drops in must be approved in advance by the coach and are $15/class.

Price

The total price is $50 for members and $150 for non-members. There will be no pro-rating of fees for partial program access. Your payment will secure your spot.

Meet the Coach

Jessica Kelly

Jessica is a longtime Bulldog Gym member and familiar face who has been teaching yoga and Total Body Fitness classes for some time. She recently earned her Personal Trainer certification through NASM and is excited to begin working with clients one-on-one to help them build strength, confidence, and consistency in their fitness journey. Originally from Monticello, Jessica brings a thoughtful, encouraging approach to training and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best, both in and out of the gym.
