Ben Manville Achieves American Council on Exercise Youth Fitness Designation

Bulldog Gym personal trainer Ben Manville recently achieved the American Council on Exercise’s (ACE) Youth Fitness Designation.

The Youth Fitness Designation recognizes Ben’s expertise in designing and delivering safe and effective exercise programs for children and adolescents of all ages and abilities. With this designation, Ben has demonstrated his commitment to helping young people move and exercise in ways that are both safe and appropriate for their age, physical development, and health status.

The Youth Fitness Designation is part of ACE’s effort to create an industry-leading standard for youth fitness professionals. In achieving the designation, Ben has proven his knowledge of youth exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, and safety and injury prevention. He has also demonstrated his understanding of how to teach effective movement skills and how to create age-appropriate workout programs for young people.

Ben hopes to to apply the knowledge he’s gained from the Youth Fitness Designation at Bulldog Gym, creating programs that are tailored to the needs of young clients and helping them to reach their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.
