At Bulldog Gym, strength is about more than just numbers on a bar. It’s about preparation, consistency, and earning progress the right way.
The Bulldog Strength Clubs are a permanent recognition program designed to celebrate real, earned strength under clear standards and staff verification.
What Are the Bulldog Strength Clubs?
The Bulldog Strength Clubs recognize strength achieved across three foundational barbell lifts:
- Back Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
Your combined total across these lifts determines entry into a Bulldog Strength Club level. This program is not a competition. There are no rankings or leaderboards. Once you earn a club level, that achievement is permanent.
How It Works
To earn entry into a Bulldog Strength Club:
- All three lifts must be completed within a single one-hour session, including all warm-up sets
- Lifts must be performed in the following order:
- Back Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
- Multiple attempts are allowed for the lift you are currently performing
- Once you move on to the next lift, you may not return to a previous lift
- A Bulldog Gym staff member must be present to verify all lifts and standards
These requirements exist to ensure consistency, safety, and integrity for every attempt.
Bulldog Strength Club Levels
- Bulldog Strength Club – 500
- Bulldog Strength Club – 750
- Bulldog Strength Club – 1000
- Bulldog Strength Club – 1250
- Bulldog Strength Club – 1500
There are no comparisons within a level. Each threshold represents a meaningful, earned strength milestone.
Recognition
Members who earn a Bulldog Strength Club level are recognized as part of the Bulldog Gym community. Achievements are displayed in-gym and may also be celebrated through Bulldog Gym communication channels.
Members who earn a club level also gain the opportunity to purchase achievement-specific Bulldog Gym apparel and gear that represent their milestone.
