Alea’s fitness journey began in 2020 as a way to reclaim her health and strength during a challenging season. What started as a personal goal evolved into a passion for powerlifting and Olympic lifting—and a drive to help others discover their strength too.
As a certified personal trainer and full-time high school educator, Alea brings a calm, compassionate, and structured approach to coaching. She believes everyone has untapped potential, and her mission is to help clients unlock it through strength training and personalized programming.
Alea offers in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions to accommodate busy schedules and unique preferences. Whether you’re new to strength training or pushing toward advanced goals, Alea will meet you where you are—literally and figuratively.
When she’s not teaching or coaching, she’s training toward her own Olympic lifting goals and exploring new fitness disciplines like Pilates and calisthenics.
Available for training sessions on weekday afternoons, weekends, and full-time during school breaks.
