75 Hard Challenge Kicks off on February 1st.

Are you ready for a challenge? Looking to push yourself to the limit and see what you’re truly capable of? Join us for #75Hard, an intense physical and mental transformation program.

For 75 days, you’ll push yourself through a rigorous workout regimen, strict diet plan, and daily habit development. You’ll be held accountable by a community of like-minded individuals all working towards the same goal.

This program is not for the faint of heart, but for those willing to put in the work, the results are undeniable. You’ll see improvements in your physical fitness, mental toughness, and overall well-being.

The personal development program was created by Andy Frisella, a fitness expert and entrepreneur. The program is designed to help individuals develop discipline, mental toughness, and a strong work ethic through a combination
of physical fitness, nutrition, and personal development tasks.

The program consists of 75 consecutive days of completing specific daily challenges, which include:

Two 45-minute workouts per day (one of which must be outside). Workouts must be at least 3 hours apart.
Reading 10 pages of a personal development book
Drinking a gallon of water per day
Following a strict diet
Taking progress photos daily
No alcohol or cheating on diet

The program aims to help individuals break bad habits and build new, healthy ones, resulting in improved physical fitness, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Failure to complete any of these items on a daily basis disqualifies the participant and he/she must start over at day #1.
